Happy Saturday! Today, I have a great recommendation for cocktails this weekend. As a self-proclaimed crazy plant lady, I love any installations that feature greenery and nature. The Betsy Pop-Up Garden which is available through Sunday May 18th, 2019 is the most recent installation that I have fallen in love with. a.bar is the canvas and will be serving floral cocktails featuring Bluecoat Elderflower Gin.

The cocktails are tempting and feature a variety of combinations. Each cocktail is crafted by the skilled a.bar bartenders and garnished with a gorgeous floral touch. See for yourself in the photos below!

Of course, these cocktails pair great with a variety of food options. We salivated over the burrata that is served with a unique spinach pesto and pine nuts. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and served with a balanced cocktail sauce and decadent creamy horseradish dip. Lastly, we ordered some hot, steamy rosemary fries which really hit the spot.

Don’t miss the Betsy Pop-up Garden at a.bar this weekend! The ambiance is lovely and as a plant lady, I very much recommend stopping by for drinks and small bites. Cheers!
